Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to all locations in New Zealand. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
We offer tracked shipping, flat rate shipping is $7.50 urban, and $10 rural.
Tracked shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expect rural delivery to take a day or so longer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping is free on orders of over $80.
We also offer International Shipping. Shipping starts at $17.50; spend over $150.00 and your shipping is free.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 15 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team, admin@threesistersnz.co.nz. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
